Caregivers provide a vital service. They show up for patients and families in some of their most vulnerable moments, and the agencies I work with genuinely care about the quality of that care — about placing the right caregiver with the right patient, every time.
But too much of their energy gets pulled into administration: the searching, the screening, the back-and-forth of connecting the right people. I took on CareReps to lift that load off their plate.
